Get Well and Stay Well

One of my new year's resolutions is to eat healthy, and stay fit. As the saying goes, "Health is Wealth." but i feel guilty because i have been eating a lot lately and I'm afraid i wont be able to keep my resolution. This is really a big challenge for me especially the summer is just around the corner, I really need to lose some weight so i can wear dresses and flip flops this summer.
